Terms of Service

Using this store

This website is the Mr. Wuff online store.

These terms apply to purchases through Mr. Wuff. Please review the product, selected dog size, supply, price and delivery details before completing checkout.

Product information

Our chews are supplements for dogs. Follow the label on your jar. Ask your vet if your dog takes medication, has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or if you are unsure about the appropriate serving.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless a different supported currency is shown. The checkout displays the final price, delivery charges and any applicable taxes before payment.

Recurring orders

Choosing a subscription authorizes recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Buy Once orders are one-time purchases. Read our subscription policy.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy and refund policy, including the first-order 90-Day Promise. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store.
